Here’s how to get more information about our Kairos ministries
in different parts of the state.
Our currently-active Kairos Inside and Kairos Outside teams draw volunteers from a variety of cities across the state, and we’d love to have you join us!
Western Correctional Center (Mt. Sterling) — Quincy, Quad Cities, Galesburg, Peoria, Springfield and more.
Pontiac Correctional Center (Pontiac) — Champaign, Bloomington, DuPage County, McHenry County, Chicagoland
Menard Correctional Center (Chester) — Illinois: St. Clair, Monroe, Madison, Randolph Counties. Missouri: St. Louis Metro; St. Charles; Jefferson County
Kairos Outside — LaSalle County; Dixon and Chicagoland
Or consider starting a program in your city. There are over 100 prisons across the US and elsewhere who would like a Kairos Program, but we don’t have enough volunteers. Please click for more information (there’s no obligation).
